Relaxation Massage
Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. With a Relaxation Massage Therapy treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us.
Induced into a state of slumber where the mind is neither conscious nor unconscious this massage is ideal for switching off an over active head. Let the music and hot oils help you drift away.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing process as well as restore physical and emotional well-being. The massage is slow and rhythmic and designed to penetrate those deeper knots and tensions.
Bespoke Massage
With a Swedish style Bespoke Massage therapy you will feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in a variety of techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

REIKI
I offer REIKI massage (hands on) to those seeking this ancient Japanese method of harnessing universal life energy. A gentle fully clothed treatment suitable for everyone and reputed to help the body heal itself.
Whether you believe or not, Reiki is a great way to take time out, relax and enjoy the sensation of heat radiating from my hands.
